Had an electrical issue at the house. Called and left a message. That SAME DAY, I got a returned message with a proposed time that they would be there. Confirmed, I received a follow-up text the day before the visit confirming our meeting. The morning of, I received a message that they were on their way and would be there in 30 minutes. They came, diagnosed, and repaired the problem. Polite, clean, and professional. Very impressive contractor. I wouldn't hesitate calling for any electrical issues in the future.
