Phase One has a fee for their design services. You must pay upfront and sign a contract for the design, then wait. Promised several times over the phone for a design the following week, then when that date had past, there was an excuse and a new date. I had a small project at a rental house. I probably did not have a big enough project for them to want to pay much attention to my project, but when I pay for a design fee upfront, I am still a customer too. Phase One Landscapes can create for you a wonderful yard, front and back for you to enjoy all year long!! Working with them is easy, they are knowledgeable and friendly. The scenic view you've always wanted is just a phone call away!!
