This is a great gym and a great gym community. I really like their program! They do both strength and cardio work evenly. Strength first, then a usually a very hard, oops I mean rewarding :), WOD after. The coaches are great! They are very welcoming. Made me feel like I had been a member for years, after just starting a few weeks ago! They are also very attentive and they coach whenever they can help! They're coaching just focuses on one thing at a time instead of trying to fix everything at once!

I love working out at Firehawk! Everyone is great from the coaches to all of the members. The workouts are fun, challenging, never boring and scalable to all fitness levels. Thank you, Tara, for creating an amazing gym community!

After years of trying different gyms and workout routines with mixed results, I joined Firehawk Fitness in 2023. It has been a game-changer. The coaches provide excellent guidance on form, and the group atmosphere is engaging and motivating. Two and a half years later, I'm turning 50 and I'm in the best shape I've been in for over two decades. I have less pain and more energy.
