After years of trying different gyms and workout routines with mixed results, I joined Firehawk Fitness in 2023. It has been a game-changer. The coaches provide excellent guidance on form, and the group atmosphere is engaging and motivating. Was in town for a week and dropped into Phase Line CrossFit. Awesome gym with awesome coaches and an awesome community. Thank you for making me feel welcome and I hope to come back again.
I have dropped in to work out at Phaseline a few times and have always had a great experience. The coaches are knowledgeable and passionate about what they do and keeping their members safe. And the members were always very welcoming! I love the training programming and variety! Highly recommend!
