We were very pleased with the service Phase II provided for our furnace. The service man, Ariel, was prompt, knowledgeable, snd efficient in handling our issue.

I was not impressed with Service after the Technician left. I had to call someone else and they told me the heating zone valve was bad and had to be replaced. I now have heat not because of your technician. your technician wanted to charge me $210 to bleed my system. That’s not what the problem was. I will be canceling this service With Home Serve
