I was not impressed with Service after the Technician left. I had to call someone else and they told me the heating zone valve was bad and had to be replaced. I now have heat not because of your technician. your technician wanted to charge me $210 to bleed my system. That’s not what the problem was. I will be canceling this service With Home Serve
I was so incredibly happy with my experience with the team at phase 2. Both Robert and Ariel were amazing. They were great at communicating to me what next steps would be and how long it would take. My furnace stopped working during the coldest days of December and thanks to their team, my furnace is back up and running and my home is incredibly warm and cozy. I would without a doubt work with them again and so should you !
