I was very impressed with this place and the gentleman that runs it very personalable! Explained every thing he did and showed the part that caused the problem and why. He went through the invoice and explained all it and explained all charges. I would highly recommend this place if your close or live in or out of the Hills Iowa area! It would be worth your time!!

They over changing and don’t know what he is doing a Job that cost $150 he charged $350

I am very disappointed. I worked with Phase on my car for over a year that I was in the area. I got many services and have spent thousands with Phase to get my car fixed. I got my timing belt changed as well as other services like a fuel pump. The fuel pump needed replaced again in my new town due to cheap part - and then my timing belt was messed up again. I tired to work something out by calling and finding warranty, but was told regardless there is nothing they can do unless I am there with the car. My new mechanic offere... read more

Good honest work by people who aren't trying to show me how smart they are and how dumb of a woman I am! They dont even look at you like you're crazy when you describe something weird and say, "It feels off." For real though, they found and fixed a giant screw up from a local dealershit. Took the time to fix the bracket and solve the issue instead of telling me it would be $3k to fix and that I obviously hit something. They're creative and smart. They also do oil changes! Which is cool, too.
