I am writing this to warn others about the shocking lack of accountability and the outright intimidation tactics used by the owner of this salon. I went in for a simple trim, and the stylist completely ignored my instructions, chopping off OVER 6 inches of my hair and leaving the front completely disconnected. From start to finish great experience, needed a color correction, they got me in ASAP with stylist Tracy and she provided the exact color/style I was looking for . Definitely will go back .

Booked a walk in at 3 pm show at 255 no front desk girl there stood around for 10 mins no help . Some lady was cleaning up hair then went to back. Never again.
