Very good experience! I had my brake fluid flushed and had to get them to electronically bleed them because it’s a Prius. Dropped it off evening before they closed and they had it done by lunch the next day! I wasn’t able to get it until I got off later that day but they had an after hours lock box that was very convenient for me!
These people are knowledgeable but shitty people. We went in for a diagnostic to get some work done and their price was the same as the dealership so we went that route. This is how they left the truck parked for us to get it after the diagnostic. I wouldn't suggest ever going here unless you let them overcharge you and let them fix your vehicle. Horrible customer service.
Best work I’ve had done on my truck yet, will bring all of my vehicles to them from now on & recommend all friends and family as well! Tanner is very professional and his staff are definitely mechanics in a world full of “mechanics”! Also probably the best communication and paper work I’ve had as well. Very easy and upfront no beating around the bush and no proceeding until I sign off on anything! Great job.
On May 27, 2026, needed headlight, windshield washer and horn wires. They repaired quickly headlight and windshield washer wires but said come back for horn on June 1 at 8 am. Only $150. Great. Very pleased. On June 1, I went back for horn wire, sat from 8 am to 12:30 pm. Tim brought the invoice for horn wire...$719.42. On the Invoice, labor charge was $764.64 which is $254.88 per hour for 3 hours estimated. Three hours? I told him it took less to repair both the horn and windshield washer wires. Had an issue with my truck couldn’t figure it out and within 8 hours Tanner and his crew definitely got me taken care of! Highly recommended! Will definitely be back!
