I called Phase 1 Electric Services with some issues with my kitchen outlets not working. Tom was able to come out the same day and figure out what the issue was and was able to get everything working again. My wife also had him wire up a new ceiling fan why he was here. He was very reasonable with pricing. I highly recommend him and would refer their service needing help.
We have had Phase 1 out twice now. One for installation of a wall EV charger, and another time to move a bunch of outlets for a remodel project. Both times we had a great experience. Friendly staff and professional communication. Pricing was right on target. Highly Recommend.
Had an issue with underground line feeding well pump. They came out checked all of my electrical and replaced the line in a quick timely matter. Ton was friendly and the crew that came out were super nice. Would recommend to anyone having electrical issues.
Phase 1 has done an excellent job working on my basement finish. They were very timely in a response on a competitive quote and a start date. The crew was very polite and easy to communicate with. I would recommend them highly to anyone looking for electrical services.
I would never use anyone else. They are responsive, do fantastic work, have good prices, and understand what customer service means in a world where it has all but vanished.
