Been going there for 2 years & Ive never had a problem until this week when a vape pen I purchased wasn’t working & by law it takes up to 72 hours to have it replaced and while frustrating Eric one of the managers at phasal was very helpful when I explained the problem & was able to replace the damaged pen. On top of good customer service they have an extensive menu & good pricing.
Definitely the best prices/sales IMO. Solid staff. Never a problem
Everything’s good here until you have to return something. Then you’re on your own. Be advised
I just wanted to come on here and commend Marie for her wonderful customer service. She recommended a new brand to me & went over the top to make sure I was taken care of! Being in school I can be really stressed at times and everytime I come into phasal it’s a great experience and the employees are patient and hardworking. My favorite dispensary in south Jersey!!!!
Great place. Marie is the best bud tender and knows what I like. Very helpful. Place is run very well.
