Went in today for my son to be denied his medication for his condition just because pharmacist said that even though insurance covered it, the pharmacy was still loosing a lot from it and it didn’t benifit them. She continuously asked if there was any other place that could give him his medication just because of it. Additionally, pharmacist kept saying that she could process it but the only thing was that we weren’t their clients when we have been there with the clinic next door 20years+.
