The problem is they never answer the phones … they should have a better system for answering phone … went last Tuesday and I’m just want to know why they didn’t send my prescription to the pharmacy… but I can’t get a answer because nobody picks up the phone … my doctor visit was good can’t complain about that ..
Dr is good. Staff is horrible they are never available
horrible. went there my first pregnancy and there was always on and off issues. Just went in today and waited an hour and a half after getting frustrated told the lady why I hadn’t been taken in yet. and she cancelled my appointment while I was in the building still. HORRIBLE SERVICE.
