I’ve recently had the worst experience with them. The caseworker handling my case has ZERO empathy towards clients, you can hear it in her tone and the way she speaks to you. They don’t update you on anything and take forever to get things done. I’ve complied with everything and given all documents needed yet somehow caseworker AMANDA MEDINA did not care! La persona que está de recepcionista realmente me trató muy mal fue grosera y pedí hablar con el director y fue peor de grosero y amenazante... Preferí salir sin realizar el trámite.

The waiting list is only open one week out of the year. When I was finally able to get an appointment, I was told there were people inside the building that were not going to allow my approval because "they are powerful people that HATE me" 😔 Eventhough I 100% qualify they were going to let a personal vendetta that Im not even aware of, get in the way. Its sad and very painful.
