La persona que está de recepcionista realmente me trató muy mal fue grosera y pedí hablar con el director y fue peor de grosero y amenazante... Preferí salir sin realizar el trámite.

The waiting list is only open one week out of the year. When I was finally able to get an appointment, I was told there were people inside the building that were not going to allow my approval because "they are powerful people that HATE me" 😔 Eventhough I 100% qualify they were going to let a personal vendetta that Im not even aware of, get in the way. Its sad and very painful.
