I have used Mr Pharr at several of my properties and my home, he has always given me excellent service at a reasonable price. He has repaired units as well as replaced and I have been extremely satisfied with his work and professionalism. From his office staff to his ability to diagnose and communicate with me the problem and the solution.

I am very happy with the quality and professionalism of Pharr Heating and Air.
The guy that came out was kind and courteous. I would have loved to have done business with him. However, his receptionist failed to perform her duties and lacked accountability, professionalism and was plain old ratchet while she screamed and attempted to justify her error. If I were him, I would not have had her on speaker while she disrespected a customer knowingly it was her error and I also would have fired her on the spot! The worst experience I’ve ever encountered so unfortunately business was lost.
I wish I could leave NO starfter paying him the costliest option of $5000 he gave me to have a new system put in so I wouldn't have anymore problems, my heat still wasn't working properly - not warm downstairs & overheating upstairs. He replaced a thermostat, still didn't fix the issue, said he'd reimburse me for that, hasn't done that. His once very nice Office Manager now wasn't willing to simply let Mr. Pharr know I was still having issues because it was her day off & the office was closed for the holidays even tho I'd ca... read more
