This is my second time coming to this clinic. I took my younger brother Santi and as soon as I opened the door I was greeted by Stephani she was so kind and friendly and helped me with checking in my brother and all while maintaining a positive and professional experience. If anyone one goes here ask for her 10/10
After 18 years of taking my children to this clinic, it’s sad to say I will stop coming here. Besides other things, there is No sign at door to display they close early during the summer… what’s this? Does having the kids out for summer mean they don’t get sick?!
If i could not give a star i wouldn’t. This place if the worst unprofessional clinic. They waist your time and they don’t even know what they are doing. They have incompetent employees there. The “doctor” is never there. They put you on hold for ever and forget about you. People please look at reviews before going. They have low reviews for a reason. Do not waste your time there.
I would give no stars if I could. They schedule me an appointment, I arrive to the appointment, and they say the doctor is not in the office. They are no help and the front ladies are rude. I was standing in-front of their desk for 10min and I was not acknowledged.
They take for life to check in patients, get seen by provider and to get lab work done. Staff is very slow, they need to hire faster and better staff.
