If i could not give a star i wouldn’t. This place if the worst unprofessional clinic. They waist your time and they don’t even know what they are doing. They have incompetent employees there. The “doctor” is never there. They put you on hold for ever and forget about you. People please look at reviews before going. They have low reviews for a reason. Do not waste your time there.
I would give no stars if I could. They schedule me an appointment, I arrive to the appointment, and they say the doctor is not in the office. They are no help and the front ladies are rude. I was standing in-front of their desk for 10min and I was not acknowledged.
They take for life to check in patients, get seen by provider and to get lab work done. Staff is very slow, they need to hire faster and better staff.
My son is a new patient, I took him in for an ear infection my appointment was at 4:00 and I waiting for 30 minutes, to be seen, I took my son to the hospital instead of waiting any longer. They didn’t end up calling me until 5:40, and the front desk lady are absolutely mean, very pushy and grab things out of my hand very rudely. I do not recommend going here.
Brought newborn son in to get seen and have been waiting over 90 minutes already. Slowest doctors I have ever been too. Will not come back here again EVER!! I Highly recommend you go elsewhere. Can receive way better service and save a lot of time going anywhere else.
