Please pick up your phone during working hours which you list online as 0900-1730 (see photo). I was put on hold for 30 minutes up until closing at 1730. That is beyond horrible customer service. It shows either your customer service workers are not being appropriate (they don't care/aren't trained/lazy) or you need more workers (overworked). Either way this reflects very poorly on your leadership in general.
