Terrible service, even worse communication. I've been talking to them for months about it now and they've been "talking" to their staff about it too, but sadly, still not even a little bit of improvement. And to top it all off, they won't let me out of our contract unless I take the time to submit a formal request detailing all of the instances of poor performance.
