So bad my facility finally gave up and is switching to a new company. Losing patients/residents because they don’t deliver, don’t pick up the phone and always out of stock. I’ve been working 16 hours and have received 0 out of the 2 deliveries we should have gotten by now.
I'm extremely impressed so far. If this is the standard of Pharmerica, then they have got a customer for life. Love the products and service.
