The place is always neat and well arranged, making it very convenient to access health products while waiting for my prescription. Checking out was fast, and all employees that I interacted with were friendly and cooperative.
My job used this pharmacy and now that we have switched to a new pharmacy life has got so much better for our patients.
Please pick up your phone during working hours which you list online as 0900-1730 (see photo). I was put on hold for 30 minutes up until closing at 1730. That is beyond horrible customer service. It shows either your customer service workers are not being appropriate (they don't care/aren't trained/lazy) or you need more workers (overworked). Either way this reflects very poorly on your leadership in general.
