They don't return calls or emails. My stepfather's meds are handled by this company. They sent a bill with a direct number to Pam Bailey. I phoned her and left messages. Emailed her twice with a simple yes/no question. She didn't respond to my calls or emails. Customer service is obviously not important to this company.
Hated this job bad management no training for new employees.
