My prescription from Dermcafe was sent here. I had a question or two & my email was answered quickly. Then I paid the invoice sent to me on Thursday Feb 26. I have an invoice stating that I paid it on THURSDAY. Since then I have sent 3 emails asking where my prescription is & when to expect it. Their tracking system says 'unfound' when I enter my ID located on the invoice. It's been 5 days and I still have no idea WHERE MY PRESCRIPTION IS. They do not answer. Fast, but not the easiest experience. Not clear in their portal how to get refills. Very few instuctions if any on what to do. If it wasn't for the fast delivery (let's see) - I'd go back to bricks and mortar pharmacy.
The pharmacists and technicians were knowledgeable, answered my questions clearly, and processed my prescription quickly. They were also very friendly and personable, which made the experience more pleasant.
