Absolutely horrible service. I was never told that the pharmacy would deliver prescriptions in person and that I had to be home to accept it. They tried 3 times to deliver it and NEVER told me they were coming. I am a full time student, so I couldn't even be home during those times in any event. They said after 3 tries to deliver, they couldn't try that address anymore and couldn't send it through regular mail. If I could I would give them no stars. They never ship medication on time leaving me without medication for several days at a time. When I tried to move my prescriptions to another pharmancy they refuse to transfer them. Staff is more interested in socializing then helping customers. I have always waited one hour when dropping off prescriptions. They advertise prescriptions in ten minutes. They must be using a different method of measuring time than the rest of the universe. Best pharmacy i have ever used! They really take care of their clients & are always attentive! We all love your service at patient first medical office!
I've been to this pharmacy countless of times! One of the reasons I keep going back is the welcoming staff and accommodating pharmacist. He's very hands on and is always willing to go the extra mile to help with whatever you need. And not to mention, he isn't too bad to look at either :) will definitely keep going back here!
Coming from a line of medical professionals, I have very high standards when it comes to medical establishments. And this place exceeds my expectations. To begin with the pharmacist is knowledgable, helpful and very welcoming. The pharmacy itself is well organized and easily accessible in the building. I love this place and its my only pharmacy i trust with my meds, a high recommendation from me to you:)))
I fill both myself and my supposes scripts at Pharmascript of Shelby. Not only are they very professional and accommodating but they also offer free house deliveries!
