Pros: great caring doctor, good receptionists who always pick up the phone, and email you back when necessary Feedback: always having the news playing is stressful no one wants to hear about crimes and robbery while waiting for their doctor, maybe some peaceful music instead? Wifi would be appreciated especially since appointment wait times can range widely from a few mins to hours. More doctors to help lighten the load on heavy days

I live in Vancouver, BC and accessed this clinic while visiting family over the Christmas holidays. Unfortunately I developed COVID during my visit, however after 5 days of testing negative for COVID I was still having intense respiratory symptoms and fatigue that weren't getting better with time. The doctor I saw, Dr. Zaira Azher, was extremely professional, kind, validating, and knowledgable. Dr Orioke is really bad , my husband came in to ask if the dr do injections for the shoulder pain and he wrote the name of the medication on a piece of paper and the technician went inside and asked him and he said ok to bring my mom.and he went home to bring her and she is really in very bad pain and after we waited for an hour and they measure her blood pressure and other stuff to do the billing and then he said sorry it was a miscommunication and that he dont do injections ,and he started looking online for someone to ref... read more
