Here’s a polished version of your review: I called ahead to confirm that the medicine was in stock, and they confirmed it was. However, when I arrived, they gave me a different medication. I drove 40 minutes specifically to get the one I had confirmed over the phone, so it was very frustrating and a complete waste of my time. I expected better communication and accuracy.

Just a little thanks you to Ishnaz for his help. My mother recently needed a rollator on rent and we were assisted by Ishnaz. He was incredibly patient and knowledgeable throughout the process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, ensured the rollator was adjusted perfectly for her height and made sure she felt comfortable using it. We left feeling confident and well taken care of. Highly recommended — thank you for making this experience so easy for us!
