Superb service, amazing staff, super helpful!
Very disappointing experience at this Pharmasave. I came to refill a prescription and was treated rudely and aggressively by the pharmacist, who raised their voice and applied unnecessary pressure. I was not confrontational and was simply requesting routine prescription service. This behavior is unacceptable in a healthcare setting. Patients have the right to respectful and professional treatment, and this interaction caused significant emotional distress. Rude customer service is giving me wife and my son, who's under 5 years old, a hard time. The person was rough on my son sizing for ear plugs, and when my son was upset that she was being rough, she asked my wife why he was upset. My wife went to return the plugs as she was not happy she gave her issues as well. By far, the worst experience at a pharmasave ever!
They were able to process my prescription super quickly when I was rushed on a lunch break! Caring and quick service.
