On July 22 2026 I ordered my c-pap equipment which every single time for 10 years was always a hard time because I am on ODSP. I feel horrible each and every time! They say there waiting for approval but I've been sitting in my workers office when they have faxed the approval. An approval was sent to PHARMA SAVE LaSalle location and I never received a call after it being there for three days(15th of August) so we called back. Nothing but a pain. Could never process insurance right and tried to make me pay out of pocket multiple times, which was never an issue with any other pharmacy. When my medication was on back order, they refused to help me look for another pharmacy that had it.
The pharmacist and pharmacy staff are very helpful!
