Not a very trans friendly pharmacy, I have repeated expressed that I do not like having my legal/deadname read aloud, stated my preferred name REPEATEDLY on three separate visits. Poor communication between this pharmacy and my doctors office (who is very diligent in follow-up) lead me to have to come back days later to pick up my prescription, as someone with mobility issues this is no small task. I recently switched to Pharmasave Midnapore after years with a big chain pharmacy, and I genuinely wish I had done it sooner. Jay, the owner and pharmacist, is exceptional. He's warm, approachable, and treats you like a person rather than a number in a queue. When I transferred my prescriptions, he handled everything. I didn't have to lift a finger. Very kind and super fast service - I just walked in on a Saturday afternoon and did not even have to wait for anything.
