Dr. Modi is awesome! He is very caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. Strongly recommended.
I don’t have a family doctor and went to Dr.Modi on Saturday for the walk-in service. First of all, I am grateful that the service exists and secondly, Dr. Modi was Amazing! Very kind and humble. He explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions.
Clinic opens at 10am…..12 people waiting in line for 20min to get into “first come first serve”. Get to the counter where we are advised “have a seat, the Doctor has not arrived yet!” Is this real life? How does a medical professional not arrive to work well before the office opens to prepare and provide service. Canadian Health Care System at its finest!
We went to Dr. Modi with my son on the weekend. The doctor and the assistant were really kind and helpful.
For all of those complaining about long wait time or bad service, you have clearly never experienced “health care” in Quebec. I have never until now known what it’s like to call my doctor’s office and get an actual person to answer and help me, much less get an appointment the same day or within a couple of days. Dr. Gianfocaro is a gem, and Becky is a sweetheart. I’ve never received this level of care. If I could give you guys 10 stars, I would. Thank you.
