**Updated** The cashiers are great. Had some issues with the pharmacists at first due to miscommunication, and how my psychiatrist has been responding in regards to faxes being sent to him from here. I had a talk with the head pharmacist, and he was informative on whatever was happening behind the scenes regarding prescription refills. The new pharmacist(s) cannot get a prescription right to save their lives. I've had to go in FOUR times this week because they're so disorganized and scatterbrained. Missing prescriptions, incorrect dosages, these people are going to kill someone. I waited in store for 90 minutes only to get home with less than half of my mothers hospital prescriptions. Taking my families business somewhere safe from now on.
The owner of this pharmacy is a totally incompetent person and he has hired part time staff that cannot read or fill prescriptions properly and when he takes over it is still a 50/50 if he gets it right. We have worked with a number of excellent pharmacist over the years that we lived in Burlington and we never had a pharmacy that could not read a prescription properly that was sent directly from the hospital.
