This used to be the best pharmacy in town with great service and a smooth customer experience. In the last two months something has changed. I get calls saying its ready and then I show up and am told its not. Update: I was just told I could come get my prescription. When I arrived I was told theyre out and they'd have to send me elsewhere. This pharmacy went from the best to the worst in 3 months flat and they have lost my business.
I started with this pharmacy when they first opened, and it my experience was amazing. The pharmacist was very polite and pleasant, he always remembered my name, great service never had a problem. Now, I never see that pharmacist anymore, and its constant problems. The last 4 times there was an issue. They are not honest either which is the most frustrating. Excellent staff here highly recommend
Great wonderful service with a smile, fast and convenient, they even have free delivery. Highly recommend doing the switch from our most commonly used Shoppers drug store.
