Please do not test here this place is a scam they say that you are going to get your results within 2 days it's been since Wednesday January the 5th that I took my test and today I am reaching out to them to let them know I still have not gotten my results when reaching out to them you give them all your information and they tell you reach back out in the afternoon so I reach back out to them for them to tell me that I did not fill out my phone number and email correctly so I will need to take my test again. They have moved to an office off Fielder and will never send you results. When you call the number they give you to get results, no one ever answers.
Additional Update: PHARMAQORE claimed they have not had a testing site opened in Arlington for over a month. The 733 N Fielder Rd is supposedly NOT PHARMAQORE. Do not test there!! DO.NOT.TEST. HERE 5 days after testing still no result for multiple family members. Facebook customer service talked in circles saying processing then changed the turn around times multiple times. Finally they claimed they simply cant find any of the multiple tests and to go retest where results are "guaranteed " in 48 hours. I'm not sure what kind... read more
I went to the 733 N. Fielder location. I was in and out within minutes. It does not say anything about a Pharmacore but the red signs are everywhere pointing you where to go. You stay in your car for the test. It is free for the swab. Wait times have been elongated to 24-48 hours. It’s now been seven days since with no respond. They don’t answer and have any way of getting through to anyone. I would suggest going elsewhere.
