I had a very disappointing experience I bought a 4L Nutri Lait 3.25% milk today (March 21). When I got home and opened the first bag, I was surprised to see the expiration date was March 23 — only 2 days away. I did not use the product and went back immediately to return or exchange it. Unfortunately, the supervisor refused, saying it couldn’t be returned or exchange because it was opened and that it was my fault. Nice clean store , staff behind counter at the pharmacy seemed lost and not wanting to help
Been there for several vaccination in the last few years and also for ear problem. Excellent service. Very respectful with compassion. I highly recommend their nursing services.
Worst service ever at the pharmacy. I waited 1h on the phone and I kept being put on hold, no one picked up. Also, whenever I go get my monthly prescription they don’t call me when it’s ready and then complain I took too long to pick it up and they undid it… staff ignores clients at the prescription counter instead of acknowledging us at least. No wonder they have a bad rating on Google, a well deserved 3 stars.
