Je suis très déçue de mon expérience. Le service à la clientèle était vraiment insatisfaisant. Les vendeuses en cosmétiques n’étaient pas professionnelles et leur attitude n’était pas du tout accueillante ni respectueuse. C’est dommage, car en tant que cliente, on s’attend à un minimum de gentillesse et de professionnalisme.
Fatima is a supervisor, she always helps me whenever I need to. Always have a smile on her, truly the best one! Love to speak with her. She knows what she’s doing. The other person said that they watch her walking. Are you a stalker? She’s a supervisor, not a cashier. Maybe she was sitting because it was her break? Can people mind their own business? If only you’ve had spoken with her, you’d know she’s awesome.
Came to the store the other day, and this supervisor so called Fatima wasn’t even being helpful.Only saw her walk a few time around the store. There was no one at the cash and went to seek for help from the backstore. She was just sitting there. Very unprofessional and in need of training.
