This Pharmaprix location is the worst and they have violated the provincial law. I bought some groceries, 7 cans of Timmy's soup, the flyer advertised at $2.99 but it rang up $3.49 at the cash. Cashier spoke to manager and they correct the price but when I asked if they will give me a free can of soup they refused. In Quebec the law stipulate that if there is a price error the store must give you a $10 discount or one free if the item is under $10.
The old lady cashier is not nice ===mean! She has no customers to serve at the time when we checked out, but she instructed us to do the self check out in an unfriendly way. She was like a prison guard. We should give her minus Star if there is.
Pharmacy team member just hanging up the phone, very unprofessional, no sense of customer service!
