I've come to find now at familiprix they don't CHARGE YOU for calling you when your meds are ready. Here they put a week's cap on my medication randomly and did little to explain how it worked but did mention I could get a VIP package where they call you when it's ready to refill. Like I just wish they organized themselves better and didn't blame the patient for their own faults. For example my doc was going on vacation and the pharmacist told me I was out of refills. The pharmacy service at Pharmaprix is consistently good. The staff are always helpful and professional. However, my visit to the make-up section this Sunday morning, 21Sep25, was unpleasant. The lady responsible for the make-up section whispered to a colleague while pointing at me, then approached me with a dismissive attitude. When I gently asked if she was okay, she ignored my question and gestured impatiently, essentially saying, “Just tell me what you want.” It was disappointing to experience such unprofessional behavior... read more
