Extremely frustrating experience and very poorly managed pharmacy. The waiting time is excessive, both on the phone and in person—and sometimes the phone doesn’t even work. As a family of four, this has caused repeated delays and unnecessary stress when trying to manage prescriptions. Even the employees have openly mentioned being surprised by how understaffed and overwhelmed the pharmacy is, which clearly shows in the service.
