I went there in person around 4pm to get my file transferred from another pharmacy. I did mention that I did not want to go back to the previous pharmacy and the person working there repeated that to me. She said they would call me back when it's ready, either that night or the following day. I call them the following night at 7pm since I still didn't receive a call from them.
