The young female employee working at the pharmacy counter on Saturday, August 22, 2026, was incredibly incompetent. She failed to acknowledge my greeting, ignored my request for medication, and simply walked away. I am questioning the quality of your hiring process and why such individuals are placed in customer service roles.
This is where I have my prescriptions renewed. The staff is always very polite and professional, and they go above and beyond to help me if I have a problem. Been with them for years and have no reason or intention to go elsewhere
