Thursday, January 13, 2026, Evening. While I was paying, an employee (who seemed to be working the evening maintenance shift) approached me. He was very (too) close to me (and smelled of cigarettes) while I was making my transaction and seemed agitated. He asked if he could take my basket. I said no. C’est la pire pharmacie que j’ai vu pour le comptoir des ordonnances. Nous y allons presque toutes les semaines. Lorsqu’on arrive, personne ne nous salut. On peut attendre 5 minutes devant le comptoir sans que personne ne nous dise bonjour et un moment. Tout le monde fait comme s’il ne nous avait pas vu. On a souvent l’impression de les déranger. Majorité du personnel non souriant. Même si on a fait préparer nos prescriptions d’avance, l’attente peut être longue.
