Nous avons changer nos dossiers de prescriptions d'une autre pharmacie vers celle-ci il y a quelques années...c'était TOP au début, mais après plus ou moins un an, le même problème qu'avant, avec l'autre pharmacie, est survenu...C'est-à-dire, le temps d'attente pour recevoir nos prescriptions est très long, même si nous les faisons préparer d'avance et il manque souvent des items dans nos commandes, ou les mauvais médicaments nous sont remis...non seulement c'est désagréable, mais ça peut être très dangereux. Always find what I need .
My grandfather’s routine prescription refill is there, yet they can’t find it. The pharmacist at the consultation line seemed to blame me for their inability to locate it, as if it were my fault. I was sent back and forth between lines, wasting my time for no reason. Completely unprofessional, they should be able to find it by his name, it’s not that difficult.
Garbage service....1 cashier open while employees standing around watching the line....
