i am a client of Pharmaprix CDN since 4 years. They open 24/7, they offer a great service and follow-up. The staff is very friendly, patient and professional. My prescriptions are renewed on time and i am notified immediately. They also do a follow-up with the MD in case of a prescription issue and make sure i always have my medicine until the problem is solved. I highly recommend them!
I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER AT THE ONE ON VERDUN AVE FOR YEARS AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN TREATED WITH RESPECT. FRIENDLY, EXPERIENCED STAFF.
if i could give 0 stars i would. over the years i have had MULTIPLE issues with this pharmacy. Now you can't call and speak to a pharmacist or person about your medications/renewal you get an automated machine NOT helpful. Staff are rude and unhelpful. Their online renewal is VERY delayed sometimes taking as long as 72 hours before allowing you to pick up your medications causing you not to be provided with your medications in a timely manner.
