The pharmacy is amazing. I have complex medical issues and they are very, very patient with all my concerns. I ask a lot of questions, I get confused about how to take my medications and they help me all the time. They know me by name. As an added bonus, they can deliver my medications to my house which helps me as I have two young children. A lot of people do not know they are also opened on Saturdays.
The so-called manager is far less than helpful and seems limited in communication skills. Prescription refills are not done with any expediency. FAX issues with Shoppers. Amateurs from my perspective. In spite of the reply by the acting manager, nothing was resolved. I got dumped as a patient, and still can't get presecription refills.
Our go-to-clinic since we moved to Canada. Really friendly staff and qualified doctors. Great service always.
Doctor Walajahi an excellent physician. Since switching to her, I’ve been able to see my doctor whenever I’m unwell. She’s a great listener and takes the time to understand my concerns before making any clinical decisions. The customer service at both the pharmacy and medical office is outstanding. Love Dr Sam Basta, hate his receptionists. They literally told me theyd call me back to book an appointment. Not blaming them but the state of our overcrowded medical system. This is ridiculous. Find medical treatment elsewhere. I know I will be.
