You cant go wrong with Pharmalinx. Shan and his dedicated team, including doctors, nurse practioners and the staff 5 stars all the way. Be it prompt response, delivery of meds, courtesy of staff or excellent doctors, Pharmalinx has it all. My family has been with them for 6 years and my parents have been with them for I don't even know how long.....waaaaay longer than me. :)
Pharmacy is horrible and the front desk is rude if your not Russian or Jewish they are rude to you funny part is I am Jewish
The pharmacy is amazing. I have complex medical issues and they are very, very patient with all my concerns. I ask a lot of questions, I get confused about how to take my medications and they help me all the time. They know me by name. As an added bonus, they can deliver my medications to my house which helps me as I have two young children. A lot of people do not know they are also opened on Saturdays.
The so-called manager is far less than helpful and seems limited in communication skills. Prescription refills are not done with any expediency. FAX issues with Shoppers. Amateurs from my perspective. In spite of the reply by the acting manager, nothing was resolved. I got dumped as a patient, and still can't get presecription refills.
