Optum is a great company with far professional service. Thank you so much.
As others have said, stay away from this company. We decided to give them a try and it has been a nightmare. We have thousands in credits due to us, but they keep giving us the runaround saying they are researching it. McKesson says they never even received the expired meds from PharmaLink, so who knows what they did with them. Do yourself a favor and find a different reverse distributor!
As a pharmacist that owns a consulting company one of the issues I come across frequently in my facilities is how to dispose of expired stock medications (Controlled and Non-controlled) in a way that is compliant with all the state/federal agencies. I have recommended PharmaLink to probably 30+ of my customers and they have all been very happy with the returns process and the customer service. I tell them to call and setup an account.
