Terrible staff. I call in for a refill on prescription. Told cant do have to submit online. Submitted online msg appears will be called in 1-2 business days. No one calls back. I have to call in for status to find out no one did anything. Rude staff blaming me (manager) Telling me to check emails despite no email sent and was told I would get a call. I have had 3 refills and twice no one did anything. Called in and was passed around customer representatives despite asking twice to speak to management. Pathetic service. And s... read more
