Get it together Walgreens. Picked up a prescription yesterday. I was at the drive thru for 12 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Another 5 minutes to get helped. That is NOT convenient. Thank God I was the only one in line, THIS TIME. Last trip I was in line for 46 minutes. If you are unable to maintain a drive thru, close it. Those are not acceptable waiting times. So my daughter is sick. My wife takes her to the take care clinic and they give her some scripts to fill. My wife rushed to Walgreens and takes in the script. They tell her they are about to close and will not fill her script. My wife looks at them and says “my daughter is at home sick and needs these meds, but you won’t fill them for me?” The pharmacist behind behind the counter says “yes that is what I’m telling you” so she left Walgreens and went down the street to CVS who is also about to close. What's going on in photo department? I switched to walgreens photo when Walmart's photo machines kept messing up every time I would go there. Walgreens is almost to the point of pushing me back to Walmart! Went to get $80 worth of photos printed off there this morning and they told me it would be ready in about 3 1/2 hours... went to pick them up and they hadn't even started on them.
