The pharmacy called and claimed my prescription couldn’t be delivered and to pick it up in person. When I went in person, I was told my prescription was expired. When I asked if after it was renewed, could they deliver, I was told yes. Like healthcare is, it was frustrating to do this back and forth hassle with people giving the wrong info and not being able to coordinate care without the hassle. I am deeply disappointed more and more.
