Awful service. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs, have your meds sent elsewhere. They literally argued with me about my meds and I had to show them my script from the Dr, which they also have on file of course. Vindictive staff made me wait extreme amount of time after I corrected them & they got mad.
It's okay, it's not a full traditional retail pharmacy as it's only for prescription pickup. Staff is behind bulletproof glass and generally not helpful here. Mostly it is for specialty prescriptions, but they will fill most anything. You don't need an appointment per se, but you do need to call ahead and confirm your scripts are ready for pickup and confirm price or copay. There's no full service offered at the window without an appointment. CALL AHEAD.
They act bothered when you pick up prescriptions in person and heaven forbid I try to get someone on the phone when I have a problem like when FedEx delivers my medication to the wrong address.
