Continue to not receive RXs sent over by physician. Very competent doctor even rechecked and verified that it was sent. Even after 2 years of using another pharmacy, had to resort to calling in a med amidst the snow storms of 2021 (in which my son had not had in 3 whole days due to closures and roads)...PPcs failed us once again. Idk if it is faulty equipment or refusal to serve certain patrons but it is inept and dangerous.

And one more thing, due to the terrible road conditions all week, it has taken me over an hour to get to the store each day (and home again) to make my 24 mile journey. I could have easily said nope like many other pharmacies in town — including yours that has left you high and dry for 3 days.
Pharmacy plus in cs has COMPLETELY lost our business. Every. Single. Time. prescriptions are called in they lose them. It takes 3-4 times of doctors sending them over for them to get it right. Forget about adding foster kids with separate insurance and then changing their names once adopted...and tonight—well it’s the straw that broke the camel’s back. The staff here are the best! They go above and beyond to make you feel like a person not a number!
They always know you by name and make a point of learning it. They will do whatever they can to be sure you feel that your family is being taken care of.
I have been using Pharmacy Plus in China Spring since the day that it opened and I am very pleased with how these people conduct business. They're always friendly, helpful and if there is a prescription that cost more through them then my previous Pharmacy they match prices for me when they can.
I have tried over and over again to like this pharmacy. I have never filled a prescription there that was not delayed or incorrect at least once. The staff seem to be well meaning, but ineffective at solving problems. As a local practitioner I hope my patients do not have the same experience I do.
