I have used the Pharmacy Northshire for many years, leaving my credit card to pay my bills. That was convenient and easy. Always looked forward to seeing Ava and the usual staff, of which there were many. Very helpful and gave solid suggestions. If I were not able to get to the drug store my friends would pick up whatever I needed and I was never concerned about the bill being paid as the Pharmacy had my credit card.Within the past 2 years things dramatically changed. I’m extremely disappointed with Pharmacy Northshire. They gave me a photocopied note that they’ve evidently been mass producing stating that they will no longer fill one of my prescriptions because they aren’t get paid enough to do so. I was told they would transfer it to another pharmacy, but then was told that they couldn’t transfer the prescription, and I would need to get it written again. In the past few months, my experiences at Pharmacy Northshire have been consistently disappointing, and I've finally decided to take my business elsewhere. The staff have repeatedly lied to me about my prescriptions, and I strongly feel that they have purposely delayed filling certain medications to encourage me to use a different pharmacy.
