Kaiser in a whole is a joke. I can't even message my own doctor for Covid meds. In addition, why on earth would you close a Pharmacy on the weekends?
If i could only give a 0 score on this pharmacy very inefficient bad customer service, super slow service name all the negative things you could think of…kaiser corporate should do somethings about his lazy people working here they are not happy working thats why act this way…worst of all the worst
I was in the day after Christmas on the 26th around 2pm, the pharmacist who gives consults I believe her name was ALICIA deserves positive feedback. She had helped me with some random questions I had about over the counter meds while I waited for my daughter’s prescription to be filled.
