Im a first time subscriber of Kaiser and this was my very first experience with there pharmacy and I can honestly say this is the WORST staff I’ve ever had to deal with at this Yorba Linda location . They’re unprofessional and lack paitients and make you feel like a burden for just being there . Horrible
The manager of this pharmacy lacks empathy and tact. Will avoid coming here again.

Second time trying to get a prescription filled at Kaiser Savi Ranch pharmacy that they didn’t have and told me to go to Tustin Kaiser to pick up. Next time when I reorderedmed, I requested they order it and person told me it should be in on Thursday. Went today to pick up another rx and check on this one. Pharmacy rep said they didn’t have it but told me that I could drive to Garden grove to pick it up.
