As a former technology teacher, I get embarrassed when I have trouble with the check-in kiosk. :/ Miss Elizabeth always has a friendly smile 'hello' and is patient when helping me. It's one of the best parts of coming to medical appts., which are sometimes pretty scary. And, self-serve is for grocery stores, not medical appointments.

Absolute best pharmacy Kaiser has. The extended hours are fantastic for people such as myself who work the swing shift and it’s located in a place that’s easy to get to. The pharmacist who works evenings is awesome. He’s a wealth of information, always friendly and even remembers me when I stop in. I highly recommend this location if you’re a Kaiser customer and need to fill your prescriptions.
